Director of Secondary Instruction
Rhonda Stegall is currently serving as Director of Secondary Instruction for Roanoke County Public Schools. She served as the Principal of Hidden Valley High School for the past 10 years. Hidden Valley High was recently named one of America's top high schools in Newsweek's 2015 High School Rankings. Rhonda has been an active leader in the VHSL serving as the Chairperson for Conference 32, Region 3A West, Region 3 Membership Chair and just completed 4 years serving as a member of the VHSL Executive Committee where she chaired the Policies and Programs Committee for two years. Rhonda received her doctorate in education at Liberty University. She received her two masters degrees in school counseling and school administration from Radford University, where she also received her undergraduate degree.
